Once the warranty card and purchase invoice are altered, the warranty will become invalid;

During each maintenance, the responsible personnel of the maintenance center verify the machine manufacturing number and warranty certificate;

Please keep the purchase invoice and warranty certificate as proof of warranty, and do not replace them if lost;

According to the "Regulations on the Responsibility for Repair, Replacement, and Return of Certain Goods", if one of the following situations occurs, the three guarantees will not be implemented, but paid repairs can be implemented.

Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, and storage by consumers;

Without three guarantee vouchers and valid invoices;

Damage caused by unauthorized maintenance center personnel dismantling;

The model on the warranty certificate does not match or has been altered with the model of the repaired product;

Damage caused by force majeure;

Malfunctions caused by failure to operate the machine according to the instructions;

Malfunctions, scratches, or damages caused by movement or falling;
